Interview Software used by over 800 academic institutions, 400K+ residents, and 3M+ application.

As the sole designer and second hire, I designed four applications: Thalamus Core (Scheduling), Video Software, Application Screening, and an an Itinerary Builder. I also handled all marketing assets, email designs, conference materials, and investor presentations, contributing to a successful Series A raise. Collaborating closely with the CEO, developers, and power users from academic institutions, I adapted designs weekly to meet user needs, especially during COVID’s shift to virtual interviews.

The first online Trust Creation platform, 20K+ users and $10B+ assets protected this year.

At Dynasty, as the sole employee, I worked with the founders to build the marketing website, trust creation app, design system, and marketing materials. We simplified trust creation, transforming a complex, lawyer-driven process into a quick, mobile phone solution with digital signing and in-platform notary scheduling. Each week, we refined the sales funnel and app flow, using user feedback to balance simplicity with the necessary education for complex legal documents.
